Hi...my name is Steve and I have lived in Las Cruces, New Mexico which is about 35 miles from El Paso, Texas and just across the river from Mexico.  I have lived here most of my life, so I have eaten a lot of Mexican food
and I love it.  The only thing I haven't found is a good TACO.

So I started making my own. After a few tries I created a great Mexican Taco!! Most of the Tacos I have eaten are made with ground meat and spices and dumped into a corn tortilla which may be one of those cardboard tasting pre-made Taco shells.  When you pickup the taco to eat it all the filling falls out onto your plate or lap
or both.  With my Mexican Tacos that doesn't happen!!

Let me show you how to make a great Mexican Taco from scratch using fresh corn tortilla, ground meat or turkey, refried beans, cheese and all the other ingredients.


Don't forget Mexican tacos are not the only Mexican food you can make. There are all kinds of great Mexican food cook books out there. Tacos are great just by them self but they also go great with enchiladas, chili relienos, refried beans, Mexican coleslaw and many other Mexican foods and don't forget the desserts.
